Biographies
The Friendly Animal Clinic is owned by husband and wife vets Myles and Cheryl Holdsworth BVM&S MRCVS, assisted by qualified vet nurse Zoe Frankland.
We both qualified from the Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies, Edinburgh University in '96 and '98 respectively. Myles has worked in various mixed, small animal and equine practices in Northern England and is developing an interest in acupuncture. Cheryl has worked in small animal and emergency practices and is studying homeopathy, passing the LFHOM (Vet) and is working towards the MFHOm(Vet).
Zoe qualified in 2001 and has worked in the local area for the past 11 years. She has a particular interest in rabbits and runs her own bunny boarding for rabbits and guinea pigs.
We have put an incredible amount of hard work into changing 15 Hillcrest from its previous post office existence into a smart modern welcoming practice which provides space and comfort for both patient and owner.
We believe in an integrated approach to the veterinary care of our patients which allows conventional treatment and conventional therapies to be used alongside each other for the benefit of the patient.
